The Grill was the first idea that came into fruition in 2016. The concept is inspired by worldwide street food cultures and how people used very ordinary local ingredients and made them delicious with basic cooking equipment.

We take this as a basis to offer our guests a refreshing dining experience.

What we understood was that we were able to do so much with so little.

Our roots are embedded in boundless creativity and profound knowledge about palatable ingredient combination, and this is what has taken us this far. The Grill serves any foodie who appreciates good food, and is willing to be surprised by rediscovering flavours they thought they had known.

Every great dish begins with the best raw material, so for the preparation of any of our dishes on the menu, we use only and exclusively fresh ingredients. We take care of collaborating with the best suppliers, to obtain the most exclusive raw material, to later surprise the diner with surprisingly simple dishes.
